- Apply to clean skin
- Use a lighter hand and create the brow shape you want (building as you go), then flip and make short hair-like strokes with the precision marker brush-tip pen
- To perfect the ink stain, start by filling in any sparse areas and to define arch; working at the bottom of the brow and flicking upward, create hair-like strokes in the mid-center of brow and at the tail end
- To help prevent color change in ink, use Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion before application
- Try applying Urban Decay Brow Finish or Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray immediately after Urban Decay Brow Blade application
